Big Jim’s BBQ Recipe

1/2 cup Pulled pork already cooked
Panko bread crumbs
This recipe is easy because it does not take a ton of time. I ve stuffed a lot of these bad boys and this is my favorite recipe. When you wrap with bacon it takes too long ( but good ) so just clean, mix, stuff,
Cook and your done !
Cut jalapenos in half and remove seeds and membranes with a spoon
Bake or BBQ at 375 for 8 minutes.
Mix shredded pork ( leftovers in the freezer, fringe, fresh or store bought) with BBQ sauce add a dollop of cream cheese ( any cheese works )
Stuff peppers and sprinkle with panko breadcrumbs.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle lightly with your favorite BBQ seasoning once out of the oven or BBQ !!
You will not have any left !!
